This Lesson and Bible Pack is written for children from K to 6th grade. Therefore, there are a variety of activities.
Challenge the children to think by using the discussion questions from the lesson. An Inductive Learning page is to be used as you and/or a child read the scripture.

Hi I have a Discovery Class of grades Kindergarten up to fifth grade. I like that I can manage all of these grades with this lesson. The only problem I have is that only one child likes to write out her answers, others, feel that they are to old to draw out their answer. My solution, was to ask the writer to help the others come up with ideas for the answers. I also use play dough, when they are needing extra inspiration., For the younger kids i can use the photos and play a game or two with them.

I homeschool my three children grades from preschool to 4th grade. I just recently wanted to something more than just a devotional with them. I love that this has the same lesson but can do different levels of work depending on their grade/age. My kids really enjoyed the copywork. We do a lot of copywork in our lessons. My 4th grader did a great job answering The Who, what, where questions with the Bible study.

Having only a 10 year old, this bible study was deemed ‘too young’ to her, but then she really is on a 6-7th grade level for bible understanding, so the Walk This Way curriculum is better suited to her. BUT having said that, I have recommended this one for friends who have multiple children all under 5th grade level. It is great for them to be able to do a bible study TOGETHER in the morning, that can encompass bible, reading and writing, as well as critical thinking, and get their mornings off to an amazing start! I also think if you were teaching younger grade bible study classes for church, this would be a great way to get kids THINKING, not just reciting back what they think the teacher wants. Especially if you have to teach multiple grades again, THIS is the curriculum you need!

This pack is excellent for younger children! They enjoyed the illustrations & it was easy to follow! I really enjoyed the WHO, WHAT, WHERE questions…helped them to dig deeper & think on it!

I have kids ranging from 2-10 and they all enjoyed this in some aspect. The bigger ones liked helping the littles with the story pictures and I appreciate the help in keeping their eyes fixed on my Jesus.
